Terms of Service

The plain-language deal: train and prove your skills honestly, and we'll represent them faithfully to companies.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Fraace, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Fraace on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind that company.

The service

Fraace provides AI training lessons, proctored assessments, company project simulations, verified candidate profiles, and a marketplace where companies can find and engage talent. We may add, change, or retire features as the platform evolves.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be the person your profile claims to be — identity verification is core to the platform. One account per person; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Integrity of results

Ranks only mean something if they're earned. You agree not to cheat on tests, have someone else take them for you, plagiarize simulation work, or manipulate rank in any way. Proctored tests are recorded, and you consent to that recording when you start one. Violations can void results, and repeated or serious violations can end your account.

Your content

You own what you submit — your résumé, test work, and simulation projects. You grant Fraace a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform, including showing your published profile and verified results to companies and improving lessons with anonymized, non-confidential insights.

Companies & engagements

Company registration is free; fees apply when engaging talent or enrolling employees in training, as described on the Pricing page or in your agreement with us. Specific engagements — hires, deployments, and training — may be governed by additional written terms, which take precedence for that engagement.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unauthorized access, scraping, harassment, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to extract other users' personal data. Companies may use candidate information solely to evaluate and engage talent through Fraace.

Disclaimers & liability

Fraace is provided “as is.” We verify results diligently but don't guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or specific results for companies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll update these terms as the platform evolves and change the date above when we do; continuing to use Fraace after changes means you accept them. Questions: hello@fraace.com.
