Does it cost anything?
No. Lessons, tests, simulations, and your profile are free for candidates — always.
How is my rank calculated?
From what you prove on the platform: lessons completed, proctored tests passed, and simulation projects delivered. Staying active matters too — rank rewards people who keep their skills current. Prior experience adds context to your profile but never substitutes for verified work.
What are proctored tests?
Supervised assessments recorded while you take them, so the result is trustworthy. That's what lets companies rely on your rank without re-testing you themselves.
What is a company simulation?
A realistic company project you work through in a simulated team — the closest thing to a work sample a company can see before hiring you, and the strongest proof on your profile.
What does “forward-deployed” mean?
Instead of (or before) a permanent hire, you embed into a company as an AI-fluent professional on an assignment — delivering value on the ground from day one.

What does it cost?
Registration and browsing are free. You pay when you engage: accessing top talent, posting problems, and hiring or deploying. Training your own employees is priced per seat. See Pricing.

Yes — enroll your existing employees in the curriculum per seat and track their progress from your company dashboard.
Trust & data
What happens to my test recordings and data?
Recordings exist to verify results and are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Companies see your published profile and verified results — not your raw footage.
Is confidential company work protected?
Yes. Lessons improve from anonymized, non-confidential operational insights only — never proprietary corporate data.
