Privacy Policy

Fraace operates a hiring platform where candidates train in AI skills, prove them through proctored tests and simulations, and are matched with companies. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For questions, contact hello@fraace.com.

Account data — your name, email address, and login credentials.

Profile data — your profession, industry, experience bracket, résumé, and the live photo you provide during onboarding to verify your identity.

Verification data — recordings made during proctored tests, your test results, and the work you produce in lessons and company simulations. This is the data that makes your rank trustworthy.

Usage data — how you use the platform, such as lessons started and completed, used to keep your rank current and improve the product.

To operate the platform: running lessons and tests, computing your verified rank, and publishing your profile so companies can find you. To verify integrity: proctoring recordings are reviewed to confirm test results are genuine. To improve training: lessons evolve from anonymized, non-confidential insights — never from proprietary company data or identifiable personal content. To communicate: service messages about your account, tests, and engagements.

Companies browsing the marketplace see your published profile: your profession, industry, rank, and verified results. They do not see your raw proctoring footage. Your profile becomes visible to companies only after it is published through onboarding.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and storage), with companies as described above, and where the law requires it.

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to support verified results. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@fraace.com. Note that deleting verification data also removes the verified results it supports.

Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. Proctoring recordings are restricted to reviewers who need them to verify results.
