A one-time fee of 15% when you hire someone through Fraace. No retainer, no per-seat charge on the hiring side, nothing owed if you never hire.
The company subscription
A subscription unlocks the company-side tooling: talent search, posting your own problems as a pre-interview filter, training your existing employees on the Fraace curriculum, and progress dashboards for those employees.
It is credited back against the hiring fee. If you subscribe and then hire through Fraace, what you have already spent on the subscription is reimbursed against the 15% — so the subscription is not an extra cost on top of a successful hire.
Why it is priced this way
Charging candidates to prove themselves would rebuild the barrier we exist to remove, so training stays free and stays open. On the company side, the fee lands where the value does: a verified hire. Until then you are not paying us to look.

Is there a fee if we interview but don't hire?
No. The 15% is a one-time fee triggered by a hire. Interviewing, testing, and reviewing proof-of-work cost nothing.
Do candidates pay for tests or simulations?
No. Lessons, proctored tests, projects, and company simulations are free for candidates.
