How we work

We're a small, early team, which means everyone owns real surface area — product, engineering, and the training content itself. We ship fast, verify with real users, and practice what the platform preaches: work is judged on what it proves, not on credentials.

We're AI-native by default. Every role here uses AI tools daily, and part of the job is turning what we learn into better lessons for the people training on Fraace.

What we look for

People who are frustrated by résumé theater and want to replace it with something fairer. Builders who like owning problems end to end. Clear writers — most of our product is explanation, curriculum, and feedback.
