How Fraace works

Everything you need to get started — whether you're here to train and prove your skills, or to hire people who already have.

The platform in one paragraph

Fraace trains professionals in role-specific AI skills through free lessons, verifies that ability with proctored tests and company project simulations, and turns the results into a ranked, verified profile. Companies browse those profiles to hire AI-enabled talent for permanent roles or forward-deployed assignments. Nothing on a Fraace profile is self-reported — every rank is earned on the platform.

For candidates

1

Sign up and onboard

Create an account and tell us your profession and industry. You'll add a résumé for context and a live photo for identity — this keeps every result on the platform verifiable.

2

Take lessons

Lessons are free and specific to your role — how AI actually changes your day-to-day work, not generic theory. Completing lessons builds your activity and unlocks tests.

3

Pass proctored tests

Tests are proctored so the result means something. Passing them raises your verified rank and unlocks harder challenges.

4

Complete company simulations

Work through realistic company projects in simulated teams. This is the strongest proof on your profile — the closest thing to a work sample a company can get before hiring you.

5

Get hired or deployed

Once your profile is published, companies can find you in the marketplace. You can be hired full-time or embedded as a forward-deployed worker on an assignment.

For companies

1

Register free

Signing up costs nothing. Browse top-ranked profiles and case studies to see the quality of the talent pool before you commit to anything.

2

Find verified talent

Filter by role, industry, and rank. Every profile is backed by proctored tests and simulation work — not self-reported skills.

3

Engage

Hire full-time, take on a forward-deployed professional, or enroll your own team in our training. See Pricing for how each works.

About rank

Your rank reflects what you've proven on Fraace: lessons completed, tests passed, and simulation projects delivered. Prior experience gives context on your profile, but it never substitutes for verified work — rank is earned here, by everyone, on the same terms. Staying active matters too: the platform rewards people who keep their skills current.
