What to include

Account or onboarding issues — what step you were on and what you saw.

Test or proctoring problems — the test name, when you attempted it, and what went wrong. If a technical failure interrupted an attempt, tell us right away so we can review it.

Rank questions— rank is recomputed from verified activity; if something looks off, point us at the lesson, test, or project you think isn't reflected.

Company workspaces — your company name and what you were trying to do (browsing, engaging talent, training seats).
