Terms of Service – FRA ACE
By placing an order on our website or contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Confirmation
- Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) require a 20% advance payment of the total invoice amount for confirmation.
- Your order will be confirmed via WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact number is correct.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or suspicious orders without notice.
2. Product Display & Pricing
- We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting during shoot & screen/device differences.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed after we accept and verify it.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time is 7–10 working days after order confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or public holidays. We are not liable for courier-related delays after dispatch.
4. Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for wrong, damaged, or defective items within 3 days of delivery.
- All items must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued when a replacement isn’t possible.
- Refunds are made via bank transfer within 7–10 business days of return approval.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website and our social media (product photos, text, branding) is owned by Imraah e Zahwa. Reproduction or reuse is not allowed without written permission.
7. Right to Refuse
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion especially in cases of fake orders, repeated returns, or abusive behavior.
