Return & Exchange Policy – FRA ACE
We believe in fairness and transparency, inspired by Islamic business ethics. Our return & exchange process is designed to protect both our customers and our brand value.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, only if:
- You received a wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective product
- The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact
- You provide your order number and photo/video proof via WhatsApp only
❌ We do not offer exchanges if the correct size was sent but doesn’t fit, please refer to our size chart before ordering. Kindly note that slight variations in color, texture, or shine may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display, and are not considered valid reasons for exchange or return.
Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp with your order number and issue
- Share clear photos/videos showing the problem
- Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions
- We will handle the return pickup and delivery through our courier partner
Items sent back without approval or used/altered items will be rejected.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- We are unable to replace a defective or incorrect item
- Your ordered item is out of stock after payment
Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
